Gw2goldtaker apologize for the downtime this morning
Gw2goldtaker.com's Gary Robinson posted an apology to the downtime on the official twitter this morning.
“We are sorry for this inconvenience due to our server down this morning. We just checked our website and it works well now, please try again later. "
Some players found that they cannot open the site normally, customer service and telephone are not available at that time; as for those who have made an order here, all Guild Wars 2 gold and items are not received on time. That makes the buyers angry and they cannot get their money back immediately.
Later on the official twitter, Gary Robinson has explained the detail about this downtime. The site was out of operation because of the hacking on the server. And Gw2goldtaker.com has made some emergency measures to fix this crisis, two hours later, the site goes run.
